Заказали 2 сета роллов, приехали на 2 с половиной часа позже. Получили их холодными, и на вид они как будто лежали у них на кухне часов 5. Вкус у них как лекарства, либо же просто испортились. Пришлось половину выкинуть. Не буду больше заказывать.

Оформила заказ в приложении. Время доставки не указывается, только время принятия заказа. 8 марта, понимаю что повышенная загруженность. Жду два часа. Никакой информации, что заказ нужно будет ожидать долго в связи с праздником нет. Повторюсь, понимаю что праздник. Через пару часов сама позвонила на горячую линию. Ответили, что у них большая загруженность и они не успевают. Заказ приедет через 40 минут. Я отказалась. Если бы хоть кто-то сообщил об этом, вопросов бы не возникло. Очень не приятно. Такая ситуация уже не в первый раз.

Во-первых хочу поблагодарить Вас, мы с женой являемся большими любителями роллов, попробовали все в Мурманской области, и СушиВок оказались единственным хорошим вариантом, сбалансированный вкус, свежие продукты, а главное - вкус. Остальные предложения очень разочаровали, даже дорогие. Второе, я был очень удивлен - в нашем регионе ни один производитель не обрабатывает огурцы для роллов, для меня это шок, сам кулинар, неужели ни один производитель в области не знает, что овощи подлежат чистке. Тем более сам покупаю эти огурцы у нас в магазинах и знаю, что не почистить их в салат нельзя, тем более подать гостям такое. А представьте, как в таком нежном блюде, как ролл, попадается похожая на подошву кожура огурца -) удивительно, что никто из кулинаров мур.обл. не знает простых мелочей и ни один покупатель ничего не сказал об этом. Это даже не претензия, а просьба личная - пожалуйста просвятите Ваших поваров и это будет лучшая продукция. Мы будем дальше покупать Ваши блюда и советовать друзьям. Я поставил Вам 5 баллов, это честно и заслужено, я поставил бы 6 баллов, если б не этот ньюанс ) Спасибо.

Moreover, I myself buy these cucumbers in our stores and I know that you can't not peel them in a salad, especially to serve such to guests. And imagine how in such a delicate dish as a roll, you get a cucumber peel that looks like a sole -) it is surprising that none of the cooks of the Murmansk region know simple details and not a single buyer said anything about it. This is not even a complaint, but a personal request - please enlighten your cooks and this will be the best product. We will continue to buy your dishes and recommend them to friends. I gave you 5 points, this is fair and deserved, I would have given 6 points if not for this nuance) Thank you.
